JumpStart Program


The JumpStart leverages a Contactual Services professional to assist you in planning, analyzing, training, and configuring the contact center.  During the JumpStart, a Contactual Services professional conducts web and phone training sessions designed for administrators, customer services managers, and training managers. Through the JumpStart, customers learn to configure the support center and train agents and supervisors. With service expert guidance, customers collect the information needed to customize a contact center.  With JumpStart, agents and managers have access to online training and, for quick reference, on-screen configuration help.
